Twelve months, against the print.
Defects in the part we made. Not a tune, and not a curb.
Catalog parts are covered for twelve months against manufacturing defects: a flange that doesn’t match the sheet we confirmed, a crack from the print, a port in the wrong place.
We do not cover impact, engine failure, heat past about 100°C, or a car that wasn’t the chassis you described.
Commissions you approved in CAD are made to that model. A change of mind after approval is a new job, not a warranty claim. A print that doesn’t match the approved model is on us.
Start a claim from the same email you ordered with. Photos of the part on the car, and the reference number, are enough to begin.
