ASA. That’s the whole list.

Ducts, plenums, stacks, inlets, and brake ducts are the same plastic. UV-stable, matte black, printed in Chicago on a Bambu Lab P2S.

Light, because it is only the path

The factory piece is a box. Resonators, a lid, brackets, plastic that is not moving air. Ours is the path itself. The wall is thick enough to hold a flange and thin everywhere else. ASA is about the same density as the plastic already in the bay. There is less of it, so the duct or the inlet weighs less than what came off.

It stays stiff when the bay is hot

ASA is the reason these parts can live under the hood. It does not go soft in the sun at the grille, and a flange stays flat while intake air moves through it. We design to about 100°C. That is underhood air, the bumper opening, and the run into the compressor. A thin wall also sheds heat instead of soaking it the way a thick factory box does. Same plastic on a cold duct and on a turbo inlet.

Same ASA, different shape.
