Catalog lead time is 5–12 business days from confirmation. Commissions are typically two to four weeks, because the model is approved before the print.

Parts ship from Chicago in a carton sized to the piece, with hardware and the install sheet. United States addresses are standard. International ships on request — duties are yours.

We email tracking when it leaves. A signature is available if you ask. We don’t leave a plenum on a porch if you told us not to.

If a carton arrives crushed, photograph it before you cut the tape and write us the same day. We’ll reprint or replace a part damaged in transit.
